A Journey To Mindfulness
For over two decades, I have been devoted to the path of mind-body exploration through the practice of Yoga.
With extensive training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Classical Tantric Hatha Yoga, I bring an integral and conscious approach to my teachings.
My 200-Hour Teacher Training in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa provided a strong foundation, which I've built upon through additional certifications in Trauma-Informed /Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (20 hours), Pranayama Breathwork (50 hours), Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda (300 hours) and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant
(150 hours).
Mindfulness is at the heart of my practice, guiding students into deeper self-awareness and conscious embodiment.
