Once you book your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details and any preparation notes relevant to your appointment.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change.
To honour both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or missed appointments are subject to the full session fee.
