Yoga is far more than physical exercise.

My teaching is grounded in the tradition of Tantric Hatha Yoga, 
a path that integrates the subtle and the physical, the energetic and the embodied.
Through asana (posture), pranayama (breathwork), bandha (energetic locks), mudra (gestural seals), mantra and dhyana (meditation), we cultivate stability, vitality, and expanded consciousness.
Yoga in this lineage is not about striving toward perfection but about unfolding into wholeness. The techniques I share are adaptable to all levels and respectful of each person’s unique condition and intention. Whether your focus is therapeutic, devotional, or exploratory, this practice provides tools for sustainable well-being and inner growth.

3-Month Personalised Yoga & Ayurveda Mentorship
Transformation takes root through rhythm, devotion, and repetition. This 3month offering is a sacred commitment to yourself, a steady journey that nourishes body, mind and Heart while weaving Yoga into the fabric of your life.
Together, we’ll create a personalized practice sequence that meets you where you are, aligned with your current needs, intentions, and lifestyle.
Your mentorship may include :
- A curated blend of āsana, prāṇāyāma, kriyā and meditation.
- Ayurvedic recommendations for diet, daily routine and seasonal alignment.
- Mantra or contemplative practices to cultivate devotion and inner clarity.
