INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 4 small leaves of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

  • 1 cup water

PREPARATION

Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and mint, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Strain and sip slowly.
